Blue Hawaiian, gas heated, low maintenance, fiberglass pool 32 ’x 8’ x 6.5' - salt water(common misconception- this is NOT like ocean water, rather 'soft' -no harsh chlorine, no salty feel or taste, soothing to skin, easy on suits) built in safety ledge about 2 1/2 ft deep on inside wall of pool + 2 bench seats/sun tanning shelves; safety ledge is great, kids can walk around pool w/heads kept over water, but it doesn't interfere w/swimming; adults love it too, no more bobbing up & down in deep end :-) pool light w/blue removable cover. Powerful, built-in Blue Hawaiian Jacuzzi (8’x8’) 8 person, gas heated with lounger, 36 adjustable & interchangeable jets, powered by (3) Hayward super pumps & air blower, beautiful blue tile, multi-colored rotating lights (or can select a specific stationary color); surrounding deck & concrete patio; Custom Be-Lite aluminum cover (cover itself retails for over $1000) UL safety rated, no mildewy smell like foam ones, kids can't fall thru it, dogs can't chew it - very safe and efficient! Sitting in this hot tub, with the ocean breezes, under a multitude of stars, illumination by the firelight....relaxation at its finest!

Bath House
Outdoor, hot/cold, private shower w/wall dispenser (shampoo/ conditioner/soap) separate concealed restroom w/toilet; both with open view of sky, 45 degree angled roof obscures visibility from decks above; shower also has open slat at eye level so you won't miss a minute of the view; natural rope curtain at entrance to both, offers a bit of whimsy as well as functionality. You may be surprised how much you will use your outdoor shower, we sure were.

Great place to 'hang' or catch some zzz's after reading a good book.

Fish shaped, organic garden in full sun (currently producing collards & sweet potatoes - but anything in zones 8-9 will grow with a little love & mushroom compost. Also, pineapple patch, lemon & fig tree. Easy to grow pineapples - just cut off the top & plant. Go green! #1 effect you can have on environment is a garden (see Oprah.com-Earth Day)
