3 stop-hydraulic elevator; wood paneling, ceramic tile floor, accordion door w/viewing panel, recessed lights w/stained glass bulbs, cordless picture light, telephone; if power goes out - hydraulics take elevator to next lower level; ability to stop elevator anytime by opening accordion door; currently have art hung in shaft; but you could be very creative with this space ("guest wall" for visitors to sign). Humming elevator music, optional.

Plantation wooden blinds on windows over tub, but opens onto screened porch, so don't need to close for privacy; open up windows, enjoy the view & gulf breeze, then simply turn the dial on your house sound system, & let the massaging jets & floating bubbles "take you away" as they say in Calgon country.

Oversized laundry room, in fact, you could take out appliances & put in bunk beds, if converting home to rental; GE Profile washer/dryer included in sale; deep Kohler, white laundry tub; we installed a toilet behind the half wall so that on "movie night", guests would have alternative toilet on same floor, w/o going thru master bedroom; generous amount of KraftMaid cabinets (birch wood, porcelain glaze finish, birdcage, oil rubbed bronze pulls) lots more shelf space for laundry items, abundant more room; built-in wood rod for hanging clothes - very convenient! Bifold closet doors open to back side of theater system, makes it effortless getting to components. White, Hotpoint quiet design, refrigerator/top freezer included in sale - great for storing drinks for theater room; large window makes laundry day a little lighter :>)

Color of room is deep, dark, sapphire blue, hard to tell from pics. Lazy Boy recliners, tiered, elevated seating (love seat-lower level, (2) individual recliners-top) addt'l storage under 1st tier; owner was going with standard theater seating, would have added 2 seats, but decided 4 people in total comfort, was better option, plus, more folks can watch from viewing/sleeping loft. Loft has full size, top of line mattress, built in wooden surface which runs full width (holds lamp, food, drinks, etc) fun place to watch movies. Custom made wood ladder, holds up to 400 lbs/hangs out of way on wall, when not in use. Children's play area (could be used as a library) in back of theater/underneath loft w/open viewing from theater section & window. Custom made, adjustable height, wood bookshelves & desk. Area under 2nd tier has been dry walled, owner used as "tunnel" for grandchild, but could be storage. Kids love playing in tunnel, writing on walls/camping out (adults can play, too!).We haven't gone to a local theater since moving in-you've got to experience this for yourself, what a treat!!!

Living Room
Open floor plan; Berber carpet; built in entertainment center/book shelves with roped wood trim, cherry finish; all inclusive, built in 5.1 pre-wired, trimmed out, surround sound theater system w/50" Toshiba tv, Kenwood receiver; Panasonic HDMI DVD player/recorder (DMREZ27) - 5 speakers & subwoofer; designer, tropical leaf wood ceiling fan (matches kitchen cabinets), crown molding; recessed can lighting; plantation wood blinds; built in OptiFlame electric fireplace w/remote control by Dunplex, Model BFDX (39"W x 32.8"H x 15.3"D) patented electric flame technology, realistic flame image, log set & ember bed, glass doors, operates with flame only or flame with heat (fireplace was put in as an afterthought when building the house - therefore, wiring does not permit it to project much heat, however, it could be rewired in order to be fully functional, nonetheless, it is great to be able to turn it on, even in the middle of summer, for the ambiance, not to mention, it is quite mesmerizing, just watching the flickering of the flames.

Kitchen
Open floor plan ties in living room to kitchen, which is where most folks seem to congregate in any home. Also, reverse osmosis (RO) water treatment system under sink with its own faucet. Center, split level island with Corian surface and Kraftmaid wainscoting, more than doubles your counter space & work area. Dimmable, oil rubbed bronze pendant lights above, makes for perfect lighting. Island has been preplumbed for sink if you wish to add one. It holds a large corner cabinet, great for pots & pans, and (8) drawers!! Natural wood floors, with a light finish, keeps the room in line with the open, beachy, yet classy feel. Let's get cookin''!

Open view dining room adjoins the upper deck, and affords great natural lighting with the additional window, or there is the oil rubbed bronze chandelier to set the mood for the evening. Easily holds a 7' x 4' table. Natural wood flooring provides elegance, functionality and comfort. With a wide array of fresh, local seafood, home cooked meals here are simply a treat!

Pantry
Louvered door opens up your colossal 8' x 8' pantry; shelves are 16 1/4" & 20 1/4" deep - provides over 95 linear feet of shelving!!! Wooden shelves on all 4 walls, pegs for hanging, etc.-perfect set up. You'll finally have room for all your kitchen items + they're easily accessible. WOW!!! - this room pretty much speaks for itself.

Just the right size' guest room, affords beautiful, tree top views; master bedroom is on a different level to maintain privacy. Ceiling fan; good size closet with wire shelving. Owner is including the 27" Toshiba tv - mounted out of the way, high on wall, easy 'in-bed' viewing. Plantation wood blinds and tropical bamboo shade. Vinyl letters on wall above bed "Always kiss me goodnight" - just precious (easily removed, if not your taste.)

Can keep this room as your office, best upper level views, so pretty cool place to do your job - owner worked out of home for years. However, is just as easily used as a 3rd bedroom. Ceiling fan; private door entry to upper deck; additional wire shelving has been added to closet, for a total of (5) shelves, spanning the full height of space; one can never have too much storage room, or so they say. |
